In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, Orange Themes” refers to Image Ltd.
Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions of Use prior to downloading or using any of the products from Orange Themes. You should carefully read all of our terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any Orange Themes Product(s), or services and use of this Website and any materials or Products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly.
All our themes provided by Image Ltd. hereinafter referred to as: "Orange Themes" are released under the GNU Public License version 3.0 or higher.
All theme purchases have a “Purchase Code“, which will allow you to update your theme and receive support. The “Purchase Code” will be displayed in your invoice. Each Purchase Code is valid for one year or two years of updates and support. The product will continue to work after your subscriptions expires. You are free to continue using the product for as long as you like, but you will not receive support and theme updates for the product any longer.
Orange Themes are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the theme within the latest WordPress platform. We cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with third party plugins. If for some reason the theme is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme.
All future themes updates will be available for free of charge for existing customers while their membership/license is active. After membership expires you are free to continue using the product for as long as you like, but you will not receive support and theme updates for the product any longer. All clients will be able to renew her membership and the right to download the theme and to receive access to our support anytime.
With the purchase of a Product or Membership subscription you get full access to our Support Center. Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via tickets, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter or any other means. The support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Support is free of charge for existing customers while their membership is active.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please log into your AudioTheme account to contact support.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make things right. Within 14 days of any purchase, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 14 days following purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
Customers have the option of choosing to pay via PayPal or any major credit card. Each theme purchase grants you 1-year access to ongoing theme updates, support and in some themes, Typekit fonts. After 1 year, to continue providing you with top notch support and updates that ensure your theme works with the latest version of WordPress, you will need to renew your theme license.
For your security, we do not store your credit card or payment information on our site.
Only after your purchase has been completed and payment has been received will you be granted access to your theme downloads and support. That’s just the way it is!
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Orange Themes templates will work with all browser versions.
The provisions of these Terms are separated and the lack of validity of any provision will not affect whatsoever the validity of the other provisions. This Term represents the freely expressed will and it is the only Terms between Orange Themes and You, while any previous Terms, whether written or oral, are not obligatory, except the cases they are included therein.
Orange Themes reserves the right to change the present Terms from time to time and at any time with no prior notice.
